1. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking code. Each reservation is for a specific showing (date, time, and match). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation.
2. Payment, prices & taxes
Prices are shown per person, per seat, per table, or as a private-room minimum spend, as listed at the time of booking. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Depending on the booking, you may pay the full amount, a deposit, or a minimum spend online, or reserve online and pay at the venue — your booking summary shows what is due now and what is due on arrival. All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
3. Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your showing for a full refund of amounts paid online. Cancellations within 24 hours of the showing, and no-shows, are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your showing, subject to availability. Our full Cancellation, Refund, and Reschedule policies apply.
4. Matches, showings & broadcasts
Showings depend on third-party broadcasts and match schedules, which can change. If a match is rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or not made available to us, or if we must change or cancel a showing for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you a transfer to another showing or a full refund of amounts paid online. We cannot guarantee the picture or sound quality of any broadcast.
5. Arrival & seating
Please arrive on time. We may release seats not claimed within 15 minutes of the showing's start time. Your reservation covers the number of guests booked; additional guests are subject to availability and may be charged accordingly. Reservations in public areas may share the space with other guests.
6. Food & beverage; private rooms
Package inclusions are as described at booking. For private rooms, a minimum spend and/or deposit may apply: the minimum spend is the least you agree to spend on food and beverage, and any deposit is applied toward your final bill. Outside food or beverage is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
7. Alcohol & age
You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol, and valid government-issued photo ID is required. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion and in accordance with the law.
8. Conduct
We want every guest to enjoy the game. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior, without refund. You are responsible for any damage caused by your party.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. You attend and use the venue at your own risk.
10. Privacy
We use the details you provide solely to manage your reservation and to contact you about it. Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
11. Changes & contact
